So my dad bought me an iphone 5s from his friend and it needs a sim card to activate but his friend lost it something happened to it idk but i need a way to get into it i just want it for wifi use only and help please

Just by any simcard from a phone shop or newsagents, even poundland does them.
Place the simcard in the phone & let it activate then take the sim back out & chuck it away.
You now have an activated iPhone 5s.

Damn thats unfortunate man. You will need the iCloud details, no other way to bypass it.
