So for the past hour and a half I've literally been trying to upload my steam profile picture because my friend changed it and everytime I keep uploading it, it says that the Image is too big even though it isn't.
Error Image
I've changed resoluutions over a hundred times, someone please help!

post the image you are trying to upload here. ill look at it.

Just because you change the resolution, doesn't mean it is the right file size. Post the picture here.

Hmm that is weird. It's under the required file size. Have you tried changing via the website.
