Here are the minimum spec requirements -

Windows 7/Vista/XP
2GHz Dual Core processor
2GB RAM
10GB hard drive space
Nvidia GeForce 6 or ATI 1300XT

So I assume the (Integrated) Intel HD Graphics will NOT be able to run Fallout: New Vegas

Most integrated gpu's will not run the higher end games graphically. I'd suggest looking into swapping parts if you have the extra cash.

And it's Intel HD 4000 Graphics ...
tried to tell my friend otherwise but he wants a different opinion (Rather hear it from someone else) just to prove a point....
looked around on google and found that it can play on the lowest settings there is but he's looking to upgrade etc when he's prepared too that is

Upgrading a laptop gpu is hard/impossible. It's why I hate gaming on laptops.

He will be fine as long as he isn't expecting 60fps. lmao
