Secondly, are you implying that these accounts come loaded with UNLIMITED Xbox Live Gold? If so then:

-To my knowledge that isn't possible
-If it was then it would be an exploit
-If it's an exploit as such then you wouldn't be able to do so here on TTG. It's the same with sahring copyrighted content, ISO Disc's etc...

If not then sorry.

I just mind my own business here on the site and if someone decides to buy I give them what they pay for. I don't compete for business or else maybe my prices would be lower.
