Hi , i wanted to start streaming and had a bit of money to spend on an upgrade
i have around 400 Euros (0) to spend on the upgrade

Yeah, we would need to know more info, like case and PSU, also where are you buying from? Ireland? What's your internet speed? What is your system not doing now that you want it to?

Sorry for the lack of info before ,

my problem is lag ingame its causing random stutters

my CPU runs at about 95% usage

these are my current specs

ignore the 60Hz Display only using it for the weekend

i could spend up to 500 on the upgrade and im from ireland and i dont mind where i buy from in the EU

My case is this one but i can upgrade to a larger tower as i bought the PC When my office room was alot smaller

Well if your CPU is lacking, i recommend upgrading to the i7, or an overclock-able i5. You can tell whats overclock-able cause it will have a K at the end. And try 16gb of ram, with all those programs and games open it might be abit slow. If you're gonna be streaming its worth looking into a decent webcam, aswel as microphone!
