The CPU isn't overclock-able (requested) and i picked a random case to leave to your choosing. I didn't pick any of the top things listed, as they're all preference. I've also added an SSD and OS, neither are required and are purely luxury. Good luck with your build!! feel free to ask for help.

I wouldn't call this the best for the price, surely there are others here who can do better.
Using amazon only is not the best choice as you can not get everything on amazon. The budget is out there and on your last post if i am not mistaken you said you already have a monitor. Keyboard and mouse. So essentially if that is true take that off the list and save yourself well over a third of your total budget easily.
I know i could've done better but the 8GB rx 480 is not that bad and can keep up fairly well to most cards and should be fine for the next few years at that. i5 6600k should be fine and has a decent over clocking stability if you are into that or even bother, the performance is good in general as well.
SSD was a personal preference considering unless you are storing everything on it no need for something huge for just OS and a few applications the HDD should be fair for the rest. The case once again was a personal choice, you could get a s340 for around the same price or lower. Since you have the budget why not get yourself some custom sleeved cables along the power supply it isn't fully modular, which could be changed out for about £20 more. Once again if what you said last post is right, you won't need the extra peripherals.
No sense in building a £1500 rig for a small selection of games.

I would personally wait for ryzen next month if it releases on time.
This is what I'd personally get: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Has overclocking support because you have the budget to accommodate it. Just watch a few videos on youtube of how to overclock and you'll get it. i5 6600k will handle all the games you need it to. Corsair AIO to keep it cool, even if you overclock. Samsung 850 evo ssd, for the OS. 1TB storage could upgrade this later if you need to. 1070 will handle the games you want to play. 650w PSU and it's fully modular so cable management will be easier. 1440p monitor with 1ms response time. And some corsair peripherals, you can change these out.

GTX 1080 with a 1080p monitor? A Z270 Board with a Skylake processor, doesnt make sense to pay the premium? Also a lot better coolers then that for equal or less. It's honestly all over the place.

GTX 1080 for a 1080p monitor? Also, a Freesync monitor? GTX 1070 and GTX 1080 would both be a waste for 1080p, especially a FreeSync monitor. RX 480 would make much more sense. For this budget however, a 1080p monitor is ridiculous. Also, he said he wasn't overclocking so no need to pay the premium for a 6600k/Z chipset mobo.
OP- Same as I suggested last time, no need for a new thread;
Forums/t=7681204/need-help-on-1st...build.html
The only reason to spend more than the system I suggested there is if you want more storage, a nicer case, or a new monitor.

He can always learn if you've got the money you may as well get an overclockable board and cpu.

I mean the Z chipst motherboard maybe for the extra features but if he specifically doesn't want to overclock, the premium for an unlocked CPU and a beefy cooler is just wasted money. Especially when you're suggesting a 1080p monitor in a £1500 budget, it just doesn't make sense.
