take it to a mechanic and say you want to straight pipe your exhaust, or go to a muffler shop and ask them for a straight pipe that would fit your car. It should be pretty cheap. I wouldn't pay anything over $150 for a basic straight pipe installation and cost of materials.

Just cut out your mufflers / cats and replace them with pipe. i would do it myself, it's not that hard to do. If you just want it loud, run open headers.

Go to a close by muffler shop and they will do it, should not be too expensive but i would make sure it's not crazy loud, depending on where you live you might get pulled over a lot.

Also, prepare to be profile'd by police and financially stable for a lot of tickets. Cops always target loud cars that aren't considered "muscle cars". For instance, cops love to pull over riced out Hondas, BMW's, Nissans, etc. while they won't pull over a Mustang, Camaro, or Challenger cuz they know even the stock exhaust roars.
