Hey guys this will be my first time buying a pc/laptop for gaming I basically want the cheapest I can buy that will still be able to run modern games I've been playing H1Z1 on my surface pro 3 which has been a fail. I would like to start playing more fps shooters.so any help would be appreciated thanks
[Edit] I bought this gaming PC:
CyberpowerPC Gamer Ultra GUA880 Gaming Desktop
- AMD FX-4300 Quad Core 3.8GHz
, 8GB DDR3 RAM,
1TB HDD, 24X DVD,
NVIDIA GT 720 1GB
Did I make a good choice I went with the PC instead of a laptop. I also got a monitor for a good price as a bundle. I know its probably better to build your own pc but I don't have enough time to do that I wanted one I could get right out the box, hook it up, and start playing

Do you need a laptop for travel? Can you not think about a desktop?
Have you got an overall budget on what you could spend? Gaming laptops are much more expensive as you tend to pay for the brand a lot more compared to desktops...
Would you consider building a machine?
You need an OS?
Peripherals?
Regards

If you don't travel, save up some extra bucks and get a good gaming computer. Will be worth it in the long run. Building a PC would be a much cheaper option as well.

Thanks guys I was considering building a pc but at the moment I don't have a good budget. I was looking for a cheap laptop alternative but I might just wait and build a pic in the future

If you dont travel save up for a desktop. Youll have a much better time on a desktop than a laptop

My budget is between 600-800 but I'd rather be on the low side

You can build a PC for $600-800. If you didn't have enough money to build a PC, you wouldn't have enough money to buy a laptop that's anywhere near capable of gaming.
