I am struggling to access a certain website - it is for my studies.
I have tried accessing it on my phone (through my cellular providers network) and it works fine.
I am currently connected to my Works WiFi, the strange thing, is that it has been working (the website) since last week Tuesday, and now today it is not. I know it is the network, because I am unable to access the website through multiple devices.
What could possibly be causing this?
There is no reason why the companies ISP would be blocking the website either.

Have you got parental controls turned on within your online GUI for your router?
Who's your ISP? Whats the website? Can I have a screenshot of what the message looks like?
To me it sounds like the website has been blacklisted from your ISP possibly because of parental controls?
PM me if you get a bit stuck
Regards

Correct me if I'm mistaken, websites would be blacklisted by the IT team at his work, not from an ISP level, of course unless it displays a message on the webpage from the ISP.
OP: Contact the IT department at your work (if you have one) and ask them if theyve blocked the webpage from their end. A webpage can be on a global blacklist across multiple ISPs, in this case, a message from the ISP is not displayed, it simply would give you Webpage cannot be displayed or something along the lines of that.
If you do not have an IT team or they have not blocked the webpage, it could added to a global blacklist across multiple ISPs, in this case contact the ISP and ask them whether it is on a blacklist.

I gathered that bit, just not sure why "HR is a bitch" is related to the website issue Unless its NSFW stuff the OP is trying to access!
Either that or I'm just having a stupid moment and completely missing the point. I'm a bit hungover so please excuse me!
Yes I'm blaming alcohol for my incompetence to follow what you are saying

Human Resources essentially can have IT block sites, if they feel it is taking away from workflow, or really any other reason.

I was thinking along those lines. IT policy probably already states that though!
