I think it's a pretty fair assumption that most of betting sites are either a scam,
Or completely not in your favor, no matter if it's said that the odds are "Provably fair" or any of that B.S.
Drakemoon has now been exposed more recently by Richard Lewis, a pretty big pillar in the CS:GO news community.

Drakemoon and other case opening sites are always a scam. Even though they show you the percentage it's always going to be in their favor. It took me 6 weeks to withdraw a karambit doppler that I had won and the support was complete shit.

I've got some big wins out of drakemoon, it's not a 'scam' it's gambling. You win some you lose some, chances are you lose but you risk it for the profit.
