I bought this game on 2015, I remember I entered the key without prolems and even passed the game twice. After several months/ years I re-installed it yesterday and now the product key doesn't work, it says it has been entered several times and has reached its max. I tried to look for a solution in google and tried to redeem the code on origin, again the same error. I'm here waiting to chat with an EA game advisor but I've been waiting for several minutes now.

Have you found a solution to this?


UPDATE: Well, after almost an hour on chat with a game advisor, EA service fixed my problem. I had to send them the product key from steam, the screenshot from my desktop showing the receipt and after a little problem because my origin account has a differerent email than the one I used to play (electronic arts account) they added NFS Hot Pursuit to my Origin Library.

I'm now downloading the game from Origin, and well, the Steam one will probably get dust.
