The chances of you going to jail for downloading photoshop is like 0.000001%, they'll just jail the person who made that download available, and that never happens either..

True, but I [as well as thousands of other people] have pirated thousands of dollars of software for no cost, and nothing's happened ;)
for me photoshop,c4d($900),pinnacle,ms office,hypercam, and visual basic
