Muscle and fitness is a good one -> [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Ideally, if you never was into fitness, I would suggest you give it a try before starting any sort of "diet'. This way you will know your limits and know which plan would be best suited for you.

It depends exactly what it is your looking for, fitness and exercise are both very general terms. You could be talking about cycling, strength training, running etc.
Finding information online is easy but finding a workout that will fit you is hard. You'd need the right gym facilities to copy their workout and there's going to be a different workout for each body part. Not to mention that if you're new to the gym, lifts like the deadlift or squat are hard to learn and they can be dangerous if done incorrectly.
Using someone else's diet is also going to be difficult, considering that it's going to be unlikely that you live near the same shops as then or that you even like the same foods as them.
I'd just recommend reading a couple of articles online and start your own from there. Trial and improvement is the best way to find out what works for you. Copying someone else's workout who has completely different genetics from you and is looking for a different result isn't going to go well, you're best just making your own diet and training plans.
