So basically I've been trying to install a few apps with impactor but it keeps stopping on verifying application, I've tried

2 different apple ids
I've tried it with iOS 9 and 10

Don't know what's wrong with it why won't it work?

You can only side load/ sign 3 apps to your device at once. I'm assuming this is your problem. Delete one and you'll be able to do another.

I'd advise you to just sign the jb out for iOS 10.2

The above poster is right we can now only sideload up to 3 apps with cydia impactor due to apples limitations they have forced our hand in not being allowed to have fun. I would recommed jailbreaking and thus you wont have that problem since there is a tweak to fix it. Cant think of name atm though.
