Easy in future don't troll on Xbox live ,I got one myself and learned the lesson just report them if the message contains threats or abuse , it's so much more fun when you get action was taken against someone you reported.

There is no way to unban yourself, But you can go onto another account get into a party with your friends then switch back to your main account and play while talking to them still.

Next time don't be a dick and get a com ban.

You should have received an email about the communication suspension.

There is no way to unban yourself.
