I know the i3 isn't all that good, However I just purchased a new processor to go with my PC which would be the i7 6700. Any other suggestions?

Looks like you're wasting the use of that 1060 with the i3. Any games the 1060 can handle will be bottlenecked hard by that CPU. I recommend upgrading that first. Of course, with a new gen CPU you'll need a new MOBO and RAM.

Currently, the build isn't worth much except for that GPU. You'll play a few games, but nothing new on good settings. Can you even play anything new on any settings?

Edit: Just saw you purchased a new i7. I would add an SSD for booting your computer(much faster) and harder to run games with long load tiems(I.E GTA V, Battlefield, etc.). 250GB should do you fine. And you can never go wrong with more RAM. 16GB floats you pretty good, as even some new games recommend 8GB.
