I was looking online and noticed i could downgrade my ios version. Unfortunately the version i wanted (IOS 10.2) is no longer being signed by apple so i cant downgrade to that version.
Can i downgrade my iphone to a earlier version than 10.2?

You can downgrade your device to 10.2.1 just download Firmware from IPSW.me for your device which you want to downgrade.
