This bank has listed on their website their council of directors and their top managers.
There are no Rothschild's on either of these lists and I looked into the background of the Governor of the bank, Daniyar Akishev and couldn't find any links to the Rothschild's in his past.

There are no Rothschild's on either of these lists and I looked into the background of the Governor, Luis M Linde, for this bank and found no connections to them either.

Yes, these are just a few examples from the list, but if 3 that I picked at random - with the exception of the German bank because I thought, "If any of them are going to be controlled by the Rothschild's it'll be that one" - aren't obviously controlled by them then how many of the others won't be either?

And to my understanding the Federal Reserve is controlled by the Board of Governor which is a federal agency and literally thousands of local banks have shares in the Federal Reserve through this agency and only a single branch per bank can vote on matters which control the Federal Reserve.
