If i remember right theres a multiplayer sections and you can just search for games and it will put you in an open one, I got a VAC ban so i have to play on unofficial servers now.

This even stands true for family-sharing your account. Once you family share your account to your friends, you'll be disabled from accessing CS:GO on the computer you use.
