What do you mean by 'at good frames'
Im trying to make you a PC Part list, but $500-$600 just isnt enough budget for a 'gaming pc' to run those games on high fps.

what's the budget I would need to run those games at a good frame rate?

At a "good" framerate for those games, i'd recommend atleast a decent i5 Quad Core (around $200-$250) and a safe running gpu i'd recommend is a GTX 970 ($310-$340) Plus extra's , you're looking at a minimum of $800

This would be your ideal build for what you want, can run most games on max settings with high fps, there are room for downgrades if you want to save yourself some money, but the CPU has room for overclocking and the GPU can handle anything you throw at it, you can cut down costs elsewhere but i recommend you don't buy cheap and rubbish CPU's and GPU's, they're the components you need top quality.

Edit: Some of the prices are a bit off , on amazon they're cheaper. Also bare in mind there are room for money savings here, this is just an IDEAL setup.

That is everything you need for your PC to be built, for it to run you'll need to have a WiFi Enabler and Operating System ready to install, i also left out an Optical Drive as most people install Windows from a USB now and all games are bought digitally.

No CPU cooler? DDR3? No SSD? Case barely would be able to fit that GPU while removing bays? $800-900? Ram is expensive, when you could get a single 16GB or 2x8GB in DDR4 for a little less lol

What? He's not "looking at a minimum of $800", at all. He's looking at spending as much as he's comfortable with, which as he said, is $500-600. What's a "safe running gpu"? GTX 970 is a ridiculously terrible option at this point, it's already considered Legacy by NVidia, the GTX 1060 is cheaper and replaced the 970, but an RX 480 for over $100 less than the GTX 970 you suggested, would be a better option. Anyone paying more than $180 for a GTX 970 is wasting money.

This isn't "IDEAL" at all. It's $400 over his budget with out-dated hardware that makes zero sense. You've also somehow not included an SSD, or even a 1TB HDD in a $1k system? Unlocked CPU on a B85 chipset motherboard? Also over-priced, low quality PSU, and why would you include a 750W PSU for a single GTX 970? A decent 400W unit would be more than enough for an i5 at stock speeds and a GTX 970.

This is pointless then. You get the money you're comfortable spending, and buy all your components over a week or less, not months.
