Is there a way to eat healthy to cut my body fat percentage without eating vegetables or drinking protein shakes?
I'm currently at around 20% body fat, maybe slightly less and I really wanna get rid of my love handles and lose some width to my upper back. I eat no vegetables or fruits except potatoes. I can't stand the taste so smoothies won't work either.

So you want to know how to lose weight without eating right? Lol. Might as well suffer through protein shakes if you have fruit and vegetables. Or maybe that Atkins diet which is only meat? Not sure if that loses weight or to get buff. Read into it

As long as you are in a calorie deficit you will and can lose weight/fat. Im currently cutting and including iifym a lot and I'm still able to lose weight and fat. Eating vegetables etc is good for carbs and as filler foods so I would recommend eating them 100%, but if you are totally against it you can still lose fat and weight without eating them. If you know your maintenance calories cut around 200-400 calories. I'm not sure if you are trying to preserve muscle too, but if so start out slow when cutting calories (100-200 on the first week) and see how your body reacts. Also protein shakes aren't necessary at all if you get enough from your food and if you don't like them then don't have them.

What Mark said was 100% correct and very good advice.
"Healthy" is a very general term.
Firstly, eating healthy food is not going to make you lose weight any faster. If you ate hundreds of fruits and vegetables every day then you're not going to lose weight because that would put you into a large caloric surplus.
Healthy food will give you other benefits of course, healthier joints, organs etc. It's not going to help with losing weight though.
Losing weight is done by being in a caloric deficit and nothing else. Meaning that you need to eat less calories than your body needs to maintain it's current weight, to lose weight.
Basically, calculate how many calories you need to consume each day and eat 200-400 less than that and you'll lose weight. The less calories you consume than your maintenance, the faster you will lose weight and more of it will be muscle as instead of fat.
Exercise burns calories, which just speeds up the process. It's not necessary though.

You dont need that much cardio tbh. If you are looking to lose weight then I would stick to cardio at 3 times a week or so if you are trying to maintain muscle and around an hour a day if you arent. Counting your calories using the myfitnesspal app will help a lot, though it's tedious. Also if you want to put on muscle I would wait till after you are done losing weight as you won't gain much size at all during your cut.
