I was thinking of running at least two 1060s as the graphic cards, don't really know about anything else.
I'd like to be able to run most games on high or ultra settings, I don't really have a budget either, but make the price reasonable.

What is the most you are wanting to spend?
What games are you planning to play?
Are aesthetics something you want?
Do you need perpherials? (keyboard, mouse, mic/headphones, speakers, ETC)
Do you need a monitor? If no, then what model do you have?
Main use, other then gaming in a sense?
Will you overclock?

The most im willing to spend is about $3000, but I'd rather not spend that much if I can.
I play games like Overwatch, For Honour, Rust, etc.
Aesthetics would be nice but not a necessity.
I have a K70 and a G600 right now So i dont need a mouse / keyboard, but speakers would be nice.
I need a monitor though, preferably 1ms response time.
I'd like to overclock as well.

What are you comfortable spending, not what you are wanting to max out on. There isn't much of a need to pay $3000 unless you are going for enthusiast, and adding custom loops ETC.

You could easily run what you want to smoothly without that massive of a price.

I like it. Preferably I'd like to spend anywhere from 1500-2000.

The Samsung 960 evo will be for your OS and a few games and it will be super fast and i can tell that because it is what i am using it now. The cooler is top notch stuff cant get much better unless you go custom i think. The SSHD 2TB will be much faster than you standard HDD for your games and storage. The GTX1070 will allow u to run games at very good settings at 1440p. The monitor is also very good i am using the IPS version of this monitor which has a 4ms response time but the one i have included for you is not IPS but is 1ms response time like u wanted.

And you can use these speakers not the best but not the worst someone can probably advise you better than me on speakers - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

You may want to wait till next week for AMD to release their line of cpu's by the way

Kind regards
