What are some goods sites or videos to learn about pc's inside and out? For example like which graphics cards are better, what's the best ram or CPU brand for my pc etc.

You can learn about "which graphics cards are better, what's the best ram or CPU brand for my pc etc." like you said, or you can learn WHY something is better and HOW it works. What you know about consumer PC hardware expires in a year when new stuff is released and it won't get you a job (if that's what you're after).
Linus, like most tech YouTubers, does not make technical videos. His TechQuickie channel is a little more in-depth, but you'll still only get the basics.
When you say "inside and out," there are a few things you can focus on.
How it does what it does: Electrical, computer engineering
How people make it do what it does: Computer science, programming
How people use them, how to manage them, and how to keep them working: IT, system administration
