How can little Kimmy even be in the same sentence as "person with the most power in the world?" Of course he seems himself like that and North Koreans are forced to think that through the propaganda they're fed and/or fear for their life of speaking out against Kim, but that's all he has going for him. China is literally North Korea's backbone, if the Chinese stopped providing energy, food, medical supplies and literal money that is saving North Korea, North Korea would become a desolate land in the majority of the country from everyone either starving to death, dying of illness or killing each other for food and if it ever got to that point, I guarantee Kim would be one of the first to go. He holds very little power compared to other countries and he arguably one of the laughing stocks of the world. "I'm going to nuke America guys!" North Korean allies tell him to stop trying to stir up problems then he goes around and asks to receive money for aid, once he got it, he shut up for about a year and since then has gone back and forth about claiming he will nuke America. Kim is just that spoiled child who throws a tantrum when he wants his way and then shuts up for a little when he does get what he wants.

OP: Strongest in the world, I guess would be Trump since he's president of the US. Military might, I would say it's very close between US and Russia, with China creeping up. I would argue the Chinese would pass the Americans in economics in the next 10 or 20 years and maybe even give them a run for their money when it comes to the military (not talking just manpower.) There's already a race between America and Russia for military might, China is getting included in it too, seeing how China and Russia have been creating and testing hyper-sonic missiles; I'm sure the Americans have too which further pushes for the race.
