Can I have an account for Xbox one

There's nothing I can do, you bought ban protection which granted one free account and then after that I have no obligation to provide you with another. Also if you didn't want another account or refund what do you expect me to do? Give you a pat on the back?

I told you I didn't want another account, regardless of if you would have given another or not, and I was perfectly fine with it, but would have appreciated a response to me taking the time out of my day to send you my customer feeback. Doesn't matter anyway. It's over and done with. I got banned twice in two days, so I guess GTA just doesn't like me.

Don't use this guy, he doesn't live up to his word on his protection. I bought the insurance for my account and now that it is ban, he wont reply to my messages..... He does give legit account but even with the lowered risk of getting a ban, i got ban within 2 days.

I gave you a modded account with ban protection, which by the way doesn't include another account if yours gets banned. I included the protection which involves using another KV and so yes, I did live up to 'my word'
