i have a second PS3 which is currently on 4.41.

Can I jailbreak i?

No not unless the console is downgraded
what model PS3 do you have'?

and i do downgrade services or i can work a deal with you for one that is jailbreakable

Either go to rodent for a ofw downgrade or buy a CFW from him! Rodent will have you set up in no time.

Well, you can't jailbreak your console on the update you're currently on right now which is 4.41. You need to buy a E3 Flasher to downgrade your console to get to 3.55. It's up to you if you want to buy a E3 Flasher or buy a console that's on 3.55 alrready for you to go on CFW 3.55 and from there you can jailbreak your console. You can give a note before purchasing on eBay to ask the seller to get you on whatever CFW you want to go on. CEX or DEX. - I would go for DEX as it's more stable. GL!
