Think so? I have a R1700 and I'm still debating on which GPU to go for, if it will hinder a 1080ti's performance then it will be between a 1070 or 1080.

there really isnt even a reason to think that it would. !080s are still quite new and would pair fairly nice together imo

Depends. Will it bottleneck a 1080Ti in what situation? In Watch Dogs 2, the CPU is going to be your bottleneck probably. It doesn't mean you won't benefit from a 1080Ti over a lower end card. Don't get a GTX 1080 anyway. Either get a 1070 or 1080Ti. Unless you can get a 1080 within $100 or less of a 1070, it's not worth it.

Gotcha, they have some that are running ~$140 more than 1070's, would you still consider it then? I'm debating on going for the 1070 OR for $300 more you can get the top of the line ya know.
Also another question that has nothing to do with bottlenecking, but will G.Skill Ripjaws V RAM's work in B350 Motherboards? The only reason I'm asking is because there's a 2x8 2400 set that says "Intel Z170 Platform" so are they only for the Z170 boards or not?

Nope, not worth the premium.
As long as it's 288 pin DDR4 DIMMs it will work, so yes.
