I have no idea what I'm doing to be honest. Not looking for anything special. But is there anything on this that would not work together or could be improved on, or even something that I could change for something cheaper. My budget is about £600

What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

My budget is 550-600 GBP.
I don't need a monitor, mouse, keyboard or operating system.
The PC will be used for gaming, I would like to be able to get 1080p 60fps, at mid settings if that's possible, on the newest titles such as Battlefield 1.

1080p @ 60fps on med may be a struggle on a £600 budget bud. You will be looking at something like an RX 460 or 1050 in the build.

BF1 minimum requirements are:

OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10
Processor (AMD): AMD FX-6350
Processor (Intel): Core i5 6600K
Memory: 8GB RAM
Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB
Graphics card (NVIDIA): nVidia GeForce GTX 660 2GB
DirectX: 11.0 Compatible video card or equivalent
Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection
Hard-drive space: 50GB


So already, that CPU won't be able to run the game according to the minimum reqs.

That is there recommended, running off of that doesn't mean anything.



Since we don't know your monitor model it is harder to decide.

you can upgrade to a 6600k in the future
and get a 1TB HDD

A little over budget but you get a Kabylake i5 7600K and an RX460 4GB. Both overclockable, save a little more and invest in an SSD if you can do for the OS.

Another build with the help of Mitochondria. Taken out the kabylake i5, put in a skylake i5 and replaced the RX460 with an RX480. Different case & PSU-

Ask wherever you buy the motherboard from to update the BIOS, get an i5-7500 instead of the 6500, and don't get a 64GB SSD. Get a 120GB SP550 instead.

Thanks everyone for the help, and suggestions. I'll probably look into in some more before I go ahead and buy anything.
