What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

No one can give you a budget. You have to tell us how much you're willing to spend.
What games are you planning on playing, and are you only using the system for gaming?
Will you overclock?

There are no average prices. No one can tell you how much to spend. Only you know how much money you have.

Just give us a budget, anyone can recommend a £1000-2000. Surely you aren't wanting to just jump in and waste your money. So give us a budget and tell us what games you plan to play as simple as that.

There is no set budget for a cheap(cheap by the name is different for everyone) build. What games? How much money do you have, and how much do you want to spend.
