its called the panzy way of gaining muscle mass. It is extremely noticeable.

Drink a lot of milk and eat a lot of carbs and obviously a lot more overall calories than you have been

DUDE test e first mate. Dbol is to strong mate. And is hepatoxic for liver mate.

Eat eat eat! Eat A LOT of food. This doesn't mean go out and eat mcdanks(sometimes you can), this means eat maybe 4-5 meals a day with about 1000 calories for each meal.
