You really just need to indulge yourself in your interests/hobbies. Keep your mind occupied or you will end up breaking yourself down.
Do whatever you enjoy doing. Hang with friends, play video games, read, write, work on your car, whatever it is YOU like doing.
Also, keep yourself together. I understand that you may love her and you're seriously hurt, but don't end up crying at her doorstep.
