I have a macbook pro ( I know its awful for games), but I used boot camp and I currently have windows 10 running. I downloaded steam and have games downloaded, but some games just crash immediately. Take Finding Bigfoot for example, it'll take me to the home screen where I can choose single or multiplayer and after I choose one it'll go to the loading screen then crash. I tried MW3 and it loaded and plays perfectly.

With the default settings, there's a big difference. Win7 is known to be very stable and doesn't run unneeded background services that can eat away at disk usage.

Since he's trying to game on a mac pro I'm going to go ahead and assume he didn't tune win10 to its full potential
