Famous wrote 11 seeds though for 180 calories, thats a lot

No that 11 means that there are 11 servings in the package i bought. There are 1000s of seeds in the bag.

Try to focus more on the nutritional value and ingredients and not just the calories.

That is a common misconception. A calorie is a measurement of energy. Yes they are important, but you shouldnt base eating something or not on it.

1 gram of fat= 9 calories. 1 carb= 4calories and 1g protien =4 calories

Famous you seem like a pretty cool dude (sometimes) so im going to give some advice here.

Loosing weight is more mental than most people think. As long as you drink lots of water, excercise, avoid processed foods and artifical ingredients, the weight will fall right off. Make sure to keep your head up along the way becuase everyday is what you make it. Like my motto says, life is about becoming the best you can be and everyday matters. Everynight i lay in bed happy because i know i am one day closer to reaching my full potiental. Hold on to this mentality and you will have that beach bod before you know it.

Drinking protein shakes isn't going to have a positive or negative effect towards losing weight, the two things aren't related. Losing weight is about being a caloric deficit and drinking protein shakes is just an easy way of getting in protein which doesn't effect the amount of weight you gain or lose.

Eating nothing is obviously going to make you lose weight faster than eating in small amounts, it's not healthy though. Your body will take muscle tissue and organ tissue as-well as burning fat to make up for the lack of calories you're eating.

Just eat into a 200-400 caloric deficit and aim to lose <1KG per week and you'll be fine. Anything more than a kilogram per week weight loss is considered to be unhealthy because it's a lot of muscle/tissue being wasted.

You can eat any foods you want, doesn't matter if they're healthy or not. Just as long as you're in a caloric deficit then you'll lose weight.

Just count your calories man and eat less food than your body needs and you'll lose weight, it's pretty simple stuff.

If you need more help, message either

It's pretty important to calculate your tdee first as you can get a range on where your maintenance calories are. Click [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] for that.

Afterwards you want to slowly decrease your calories at first as a huge drop in calories messes up your metabolism greatly. Slowly lower your calories each week or every other week to you are around 300-500 off your maintenance (you can go even more if you are wanting to lose major weight).

You want to weigh yourself daily in the morning after you take a shit and write it down, after add them all up and divide it by 7 to get your average weigh in for that week. (This is important for tracking weightloss, and remember your weight changes daily and you can gain a few pounds one morning and lose some on the other.)

When doing cardio I would focus on moderate intensity interval training or high interval intensity training for fat loss.

Also, something that is tedious but is very worth it is tracking your calories using myfitnesspal. This will make sure you are hitting your macros and calorie intake for that day.

Diet should consist of healthy meals of course, but if you have to you can include IIFYM in order to eat whatever you want throughout the day and not restrict your social life because of your diet.

Have anymore questions feel free to pm me.

I am assuming your goal is to loose weight and by starving yourself that is not good you will begin to become tired and your body will not function properly as you are not giving it the nurtients it needs. Its pretty simple if you want to loose weight you have to eat in a caloric defecit simple as and if you want to gain weight eat in a caloric surplus .

Below I have supplied a calculator where you input your age height weight etc and it will tell you what you are required to eat in order to loose or gain weight . Make sure you are drinking a lot of water and eating fruits everyday.

Pretty easy yeah once you stick to it. As for your protein shakes they are good to hit your protein requirement , I myself use it to hit my requirement as it is 25g per shake.

I recommend MyProtein one of the cheapest and best powders :

If you are from America they have a 60% off sale so you can pickup 11lbs lmao for like
$50 and they have multiple flavours and a really tasty,

If you're losing weight and want to track your calories then download an app called MyFitnessPal.

When you first download it you set a goal for yourself (losing or gaining weight). The app will then ask you for a time limit for example, 2 months to reach the goal you set. It will then calculate the amount of calories you should in-take everyday and allow you to scan the food you eat each day to show how many calories you have left for that day. It will restart the count everyday.

Once the date you set has arrived it will remind you to weigh yourself and put in your new weight.
