Need Help With RAM

So I bought another 4GB RAM stick awhile back and it made my computer blue screen when I put it in. Wondering would anyone have an idea as to why? Pics of my specs below.

Your motherboard should just underclock the higher speed RAM set and functionality should resume.
It all depends on the RAM you are using as well as motherboard model.

Just saying, I asked people on here what parts to buy and they all said this RAM would be compatible with what I have.

Not exactly, just lower the speeds on the higher cap ram, to match the lower capped stick(s).
