Reinstall the plug ins onto a USB memory stick and plug that into the 360. The 360 automatically loads from USB's rather than HDD's once plugged in. So do that with freshly downloaded plug ins you use and try again. If it works after that then it's maybe an update for the stealth.

There's no need for a fresh launch.ini
Those stealths are probably down or no longer running. Set Ninja as plugin 2 and it should boot.
It's more than likely that those free servers are either down or no longer available.
Try what I've just mentiond and that will confirm the problem.

I use NiNJA so I wouldn't know. I'd still suggest trying it, to see if it works. Elimates possible problems.
