So I recently built a PC over the winter However lately Ram has been maxing out and my HDD always seems to be running at 99% and it runs pretty slow so I think it will fail soon as what I have tried online didn't help at all. So I have come to the trusty TTG for recommendations as to what Ram and SSD I should get. I have 8GB of Ram now and I am simply looking to bump it to 16GB for right now. As for the SSD, I think I should be good with a 60-120GB one. I just want it for the OS and a couple games, However I don't want to spend $150 on one, Just a decent enough one would work for now. Looking to spend $120 or less if possible. Current Ram is a Avexir 8 GB stick
+rep for decent suggestions, Thanks!

Thank you 13
My neighbor had a new SSD laying around that I just popped in. And it is still showing in task manager as being at 85-99%. Is there something I am doing wrong?

It will do it sitting doing nothing at the desktop or when I am playing a game. As of right now I only have Ark installed and it does it playing Ark randomly and the game will lag to all hell.

Make sure you don't have a virus or anything.
Assuming you have no virus or malware, use CrystalDiskInfo.

They are clean drives. I literally reinstalled Windows as a genuine version so I don't have any lol. However as of right now it isn't doing it. So maybe it resolved itself.
