Or you could simply [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] it instead of coming on a tech site asking about animals.

This site isn't a tech site. There's so much more. TTG has grown a lot and there are definitely people on TTG that can help him out! Although google would be faster, there's nothing wrong with asking help from friends.

for me i use red heat light but as long as your house temps are around 70F - 80F it should be fine with no lights

basking temps should be around 100F to 110F

also make sure you have uvb bulbs i use MegaRay bulbs for that but they are extremely expensive

also use paper towel or a sand mat do not use sand tho

You definitely could Google a question like that. But then why bother have a sports forum, a vehicle forum, or a news forum if this website is only meant for tech related questions/posts?

This community is made up of all different interests and that is what makes it great. I don't think you should try and discourage members from asking questions that are not related to technology.

Couldn't have put it better. TTG is an awesome, diverse community!

I used to own a bearded dragon, I used a UV heat light. The only reason you need this is in case your house temperature drops below like 65 degrees or so. You could also buy a ceramic heater which only produces the heat and doesn't emit a light.
