Nowear wroteTTG has "grown" alot? Are you sure about that?Maia wroteNudies wrote Hey! Any reptile questions you should just ask Loke since he knows almost anything to do with reptiles!Or you could simply [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] it instead of coming on a tech site asking about animals.
This site isn't a tech site. There's so much more. TTG has grown a lot and there are definitely people on TTG that can help him out! Although google would be faster, there's nothing wrong with asking help from friends.
OP: I use the red heat light, not sure if your tank came with one but that's what I use at night time for my leopard gecko.
One more thing to add, if you got the sand with the tank, don't use it. It can actually harm your reptile if it accidentally ingests it

Loke wrote for me i use red heat light but as long as your house temps are around 70F - 80F it should be fine with no lights
basking temps should be around 100F to 110F
also make sure you have uvb bulbs i use MegaRay bulbs for that but they are extremely expensive
also use paper towel or a sand mat do not use sand tho
Wouldn't rabbit pellets be the better option for flooring over paper towel; to negate any impaction? I believe some rabbit pellets are made from alfalfa hay, some with soybeans, corn or wheat, which would seem like easier to digest over paper towels in the off chance his bearded dragon misses it's food and gets a mouth of paper towels.

Most of the time they will spit up the paper towel the 13 bearded dragons that i currently own are all on paper towel and i have not had a single problem also rabbit pellets are too soft to wear down nails they mold very quickly also they smell funny yes it would be easier to digest but dragons really need a way to wear down the nails and lots of people are allergic to the pellets
That being said i am working on changing all my dragon enclosures to floor tile

InkJet wrote So im confused about what lights to leave on at night for my bearded dragon. Any tips or advice would help me greatly.
My partner owns a beardie, if you are from the UK pets at home sell the lamps, the bulbs when turned off by the switch (not main power) still stay on but very low, providing heat.

With all the reptiles you have you could fry an egg in your hand, all those heat sources.
