Can someone point me to the right direction?
I have Plugins set as
XBDM.xex
Stealth
RPC.Xex
JRPC2.xex
cant connect can someone help me please

On neighbourhood is your console set to default?

Get a tool and place the files into your root then change them on dashlaunch.
Try putting xbdm.xex lowercase too

I downloaded the tool which came with the plugins. I uses XDK to transfer the files and when entering dashlaunch I go to plugins and take them from there. I did not edit the files in any different way

I did and I transferred the files . I have a vpn will that affect anything ?
