Hello!
I recently build a new computer, now im having an issue with it. Hoping to resolve this asap.
The problem is the screen is flashing from time to time.
Sometimes windows says "Display driver failed to start. Using microsoft display driver instead.
This is really annoying as most of my games crashes because of this.
I've been searching the webs for days now could not find an solution yet.
I've uninstalled the drivers using a special tool also reinstalled them without luck, windows 10 is up to date.
Graphics card is an RX 480 4GB.
Full specs below and also a short video of the problem.

I am saying it could be a issue. What was your other card, or solution you were using for video before hand?
