I am sure many of you have heard of the news, but if you haven't you should read this post here first and then come back to read mine!
I know that it is a long ways away but I am beyond excited for the next COD. If it happens to go back in time to WW2 that would be even better. It seems like COD has lost my interest and many others in the past couple years. I really enjoyed playing from MW2 to BO2, but once Ghosts came out I couldn't get into it. I played for about a month and just lost interest in COD. So I took a break and didn't play anymore Ghosts or any Advanced Warfare. Then I tried BO3 and loved it! I thought the movement cycle was a lot of fun and BO3 was overall a pretty fun game! ..Then came IW.. I played IW for a month or two and then lost the interest. I thought that it wasn't too fun of a game. I just didn't enjoy it. So I haven't played COD in a couple months and I kind of miss it. So I am hoping that the next COD is placed in WW2 and brings all the excitement that I use to have back.
TLDR - I am in a slump with COD right now. I hope the new COD brings the excitement back for me!

I agree completely! I stopped playing COD when AW and Ghosts was released and then played again for BO3. I purchased IW to give it ago, see if it was really as bad as people said and I haven't even played it. I've only played the remaster. I am super excited to see where COD goes from here with all the leaks and reports.
