I just bought this phone off amazon and it's saying it's from the united arab Emirates, is this a fake? If not then will it affect anything?

Can't really "fake" android, just reset the device when you get in and put it into an english language if it doesn't come already.

third world countries are known for this. China produced similar looking phones with malware, spyware, and in some cases ransomware. A lot of this was found late last year, buying a used phone is always a risk to be fair, you could be getting a paperweight, and a box, you could be getting a damaged product. Most of the times you are fine, but always reset before use.

You are good then, just look for any out of the ordinary apps if you are worried.
