You're looking for a 3.1 Type-A to 3.0 Type-A?

USB 3.1 is backwards compatible and will work with a 3.0 socket anyway.

cant find adapters, but can find ltr versions

Its not possible to replace the actual socket which is fixed to the motherboard is it?
