So I recently started streaming from my Xbox One to my computer so I can play It while someone is using my Ps4. I read that it works best if I have a wired connection so what's the best one to use for my laptop.

My budget is maximum £20

Any cat5 ethernet cable or up going to and from the router will work if it's possible in your situation. Or if not use a powerline adapter may not be as good as a hard wired connection

If i were me i would go cat7 better construction the cat5 & 6

Not really CAT6A is just as good and better in most cases then 7.
