There's some day where I work 9-10 hours and still get no break but even if I don't get a break it's still docked out of my pay.

Nope and it's mandatory that I take an hour break. Even if I dont actually take a break, I have to say I did or the union will get all over me for it.

We use to but people abused it, so now we have to take a 30 minute break not paid. But throughout the day I can take a 10 minute break like every hour. So its cool. Also we get 10 hours a month of PTO. Which we can use for whatever. Vacation, sick day, dont wanna come day, etc.

At the restaurant I work at we have a family meal a hour before the dinner shift starts.
We are basically getting paid to eat the first hour of work lmao.

Generally your 15 min breaks are paid, but lunch breaks are not.
My breaks are paid for and not paid for depending on how you look at it. They're not paid for because our group made a mutual decision not to take breaks to get out earlier. We still get paid 8 hours even if we only work 4 so in that aspect our brakes are all at the end of the day so we can go home early and they are paid.
