£550 or so. The 4790k is the only component worth much really.
Motherboard is worth £45
RAM is worth £30-35
HDD is worth £30-40
Case is worth £30-40
Cooler is worth £10-15
CPU is worth anywhere between £200 and 250, depending on where you sell and how lucky you are.
GPU is worth about £120, but you could maybe get as much as £150 for it.
PSU depends on what specific make and model it is, could be worth nothing, could be worth £75.

I would say around £500.
The 4790k has gone up a lot in price due to it no longer being in production but still outperforming some of the newer Intel chips in certain areas.
It's a pretty decent build overall and should be easy to sell off as a whole.
Male sure you wipe your hard drives properly if you do sell it. You can use CCleaner by Piriform to perform multiple overwrites of your storage drives.

Also I have already fully wiped the HDD's multiple times with ccleaner and another program and most of my files was saved on my ssd which I will be keeping anyway.

You may be able to sell the graphics card separate and make more money off of it. Some people may not be using it for gaming or want a different card. It may also help you sell it faster.
