ive looked up videos and went to the spot by the balacony at the hanger and he is no where to be found did he leave already? i thought he was here til sunday?

My research seems to say that he is located on the Reef on the Xbox 360 version.

Go right of where you spawn you will see doors. He is in one of those doors to the right.
