Those specs are the absolute minimum to run CSGO. You might JUST get away with it. But they really low specs. No offence of course, everybody has a budget Also check [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] here which scans your specs to see if you can run a game. Hope this helped.

Unless that computer is being given to you for free, I do not recommend spending money on it. The processor is almost 9 years old and that GPU is barely a GPU.
If you want an idea on some good builds, you could post in the PC builds section or you could search YouTube for 'console killer' builds.
To play games like Black Ops 3 you will need at least a 500$ budget.

Not very good spec, I would consider upgrading if you have money, or just building a new PC

it will run them. Not good considering you are on old old hardware, the 710 was a good card back in the day, not really so much anymore. The CPU is definitely not going to like gaming.

Uncle_Grandpa wroteThis can run lot's of games an Xbox 360 or a Xbox One can for instants probably not Battle Field 1 but the rest you should be fine with settings turned down a bit You should have no problems
it can run games... at a whopping 20fps. not well lmfao. Do you have any idea what you just said? The xbox 360 (3 cores 6 threads) and the xbox one (8 jaguar threads). Not to mention what you just said was invalid as can be as (believe it or not) console games are optimized for that console.
Not to mention that CPU is going to bottleneck that GPU. this was amusing.

Uncle_Grandpa wroteHe would be better off with a toaster. Settings would most likely have to be all turned down low to get it to be stable at miniumum.Even at low he would be lucky to get 30 fps depending on the games probably more for games like CSGO.That arent really demandingThis can run lot's of games an Xbox 360 or a Xbox One can for instants probably not Battle Field 1 but the rest you should be fine with settings turned down a bit You should have no problems

To reiterate what a few people have said already, don't buy this PC off of Amazon. I understand money may be tight and you're on a budget but don't settle for a PC like this because "it's cheap." Yes it may be cheap, but it's going to be a nightmare for any gaming now and future gaming because you will have to sink more money into the PC, when you could have saved up for another PC and not have to really change any hardware for a few years.
Based off the description that was provided there is a lot of key things wrong with this build.
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33Ghz Gaming will not like this CPU at all. A budget CPU such as Pentium G3258 will serve you better across the board than the Q8200.
8GB Ram What type of RAM is it? The Amazon listing didn't specify what you're getting. How many RAM sticks is it; such as 1x8GB or 2x4GB? What's the speed of the RAM; 1600MHz, 1866MHz, ect. Is it DDR2, DDR3?
500GB SATA HDD Again, Amazon didn't say what HDD it is. Didn't specify the brand, it's read and write speed, it's RPM or it's cache. For all you know you're getting some extremely outdated HDD.
2GB Nvidia Geforce GT 710 Graphics Card I want to say this GPU would be fine for CSGO but since you mentioned Black Ops 3 Zombies, I would say turn away from this GPU if you're planning for stable FPS with the game looking visually pleasing. While CSGO is more CPU dependent, you still would be able to get away using this GPU for CSGO. CoD on the other hand, I wouldn't really attempt unless you don't mind playing on lower settings.
Onto a few other key points.
Amazon did not list a PSU model/type or a case. In whatever Amazon link you were looking at, I'm sure it was the standard pre-built PC scam. "Custom gaming PC" ect for the title, followed by a picture of a case or the case with "decked out LEDs" and shit like that, yes? The case is more than likely extremely cheap. PSU is also probably of shit quality, which is a definite no-go for your PC. Motherboard also was not listed and that's important too. No SSD in the build and them giving a really minuscule 500 GB HDD isn't really doing much. If they included a 120 GB SSD and a 500 GB HDD then storage would make sense but as of now only 500 GB on an unknown HDD isn't what you want to touch.
I would recommend posting over here with a budget and the following information below the link Forums/f=334/pc-building-forum.html
- Your budget and currency you're using
- What you want to use it for; IE work, school, gaming, video/photo editing, ect.
- What type of games you want to play - you've already mentioned CSGO and CoD Zombies, but feel free to throw any other games you were interested into there.
- Any peripherals you'll need such as a keyboard, mouse, monitor, headphones, ect.
- Are the peripherals - if any - included in the budget or are they on a separate budget?
- Is an OS needed or do you have one lying around?
- Are you planning to buy now or as soon as possible; more so if you need a little more time to get the money needed.
Edit: Just a reference of what Black Ops 3 will look like on a 710, here's a YouTube video. I wouldn't doubt if the recording software is causing some FPS drops and stuttering. I know this is campaign instead of zombies, but I would honestly expect the same graphic results with zombies since there is a lot more going on zombies for the most part. Yes the hardware is different from what you were looking at; other than the GPU but it will still hold close enough.
