Having FreeStyleDash at boot wouldn't cause this problem. I know for a face its an hardware issue.

Idk I had this problem back in the day. So it was just a suggestion, most likely won't work. Anything I'd worth a shot ya know?

Booting with console or controller doesn't work. 90% sure its a hardware issue at this point, because the few times it has booted since this issue started it's worked fine.
