ok so i need to build a pc for gaming, right now i only have £250
i need it to atleast be able to run h1z1 in good graphics
im not to sure what to add to this pc due to me not being good a pc stuff
im new im a console gamer right now but getting bored of console

Lol £250 won't get you anywhere my friend. Do some serious saving come back when you have a minimum budget of around £450

You'll have to raise your budget mate, with 250, you'll be severely restricted

You're absolutely not going to be playing H1Z1 comfortably with such a low budget. You're not even going to get a decent entry level system with that kind of budget. You don't need "a minimum budget of around £450" but you definitely can't expect to be playing games comfortably with £250. You could build a half decent system without a discrete GPU with your budget, which won't do much for gaming but it would be a decent start and then all you'd have to do is add a GPU when you have some more money.
